TERMS OF SERVICE
LAST UPDATE: August 31st, 2025These Terms of Service govern the provision of commissions by Ikokito (the "Artist") to you (the "Client"). By requesting a commission, you agree to these terms and conditions:PAYMENTS
1. 50% upfront and 50% after approval of the sketch
2. Any and all payments will be handled through the VGen payment systemREVISIONS
3. Major revisions will be allowed during the sketch phase
4. Once the sketch is finalized, only minor revisions will be accepted until completedDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
5. Rush commissions may incur an additional fee equaling to 50% of the original price
6. The Artist will try to get the Client's commission done as soon as possible, but delivery dates are not guaranteed
7. The Artist is responsible for disclosing any delays caused by personal life or school if it interferes with the deadline
8. The Artist is NOT responsible for delays caused by the Client's lack of communication
9. Once completed, the commission will be emailed to the Client for highest qualityUSE
10. Commissions are for personal use ONLY
11. The Client may showcase their final commission publicly, however, the Artist must be creditedINTELLECTUAL PROPERTY RIGHTS
12. No alteration can be made to the final commission once finished
13. The Artist retains all intellectual property rights and is able to use the artwork and sketches leading up to the final commission as a showcase in his own portfolio
14. The Client cannot resell, redistribute, or claim the commission as their own
15. The Client does not hold the right to use the commission in any blockchain-related technology, including NFTs, cryptocurrency, or future inventions in the space.
16. The Client does not hold the right to use the commission for AI datasets or for AI tools and any present or future inventions in the space.REFUND POLICY
17. Refunds will not be given once the sketch is finalized unless the Artist is unable, under any circumstance, to complete the commission!
18. If the commission is canceled during the sketch phase of the commission, partial refunds may be granted
19. Forcibly engaging a dispute will result in the Client being blacklistedCOMMUNICATION
20. The Artist's preferred form of communication is via discord - @spicymeals
